Nutella Brownies
At the Summer School at Kurpfalz Internat A real classic. Ms. Schmitz, a math and Latin teacher at KPI, bakes Nutella brownies for her students at the end of the course. Noah from K2 gave me a tray full of delicious comfort food as a farewell gift. Enjoy baking them!
Here comes the recipe:
- Preparation: 10 minutes
- Baking time: 20 minutes
- Form: 20*20 cm
Ingredients
- 1 jar of Nutella (approximately 400 grams)
- 4 eggs
Preparation
- Fill a brownie pan/casserole dish lined with baking paper with the batter, smooth it out, and bake for about 20 minutes until light cracks form on the surface.
- Preheat the oven to about 175 degrees Celsius with convection.
- Heat Nutella in a water bath (it’s best to place the opened jar in a pot with some water) and liquefy it.
- Gently fold the liquid Nutella into the whipped eggs until a dough forms (Note: the dough will be very thick).
