Schloss Torgelow – a boarding school under family management

Schloss Torgelow is a family-run business that has been guiding motivated and high-performing students to the Abitur for over 25 years and accompanying them in the boarding school. The average Abitur grades of the graduating classes usually lie between 1.7 and 1.9. This means that Torgelow’s graduates are regularly among the best in the country.

Mario Lehmann is the owner and managing director of Schloss Torgelow. He founded the boarding school gymnasium in 1994 together with his father, Helge Lehmann. Together with the management team, Mario Lehmann is responsible for around 90 colleagues and 270 students. Schloss Torgelow has been operating at an occupancy rate of 95 – 100% for years.

Our team

The large Schloss Torgelow team consists of teachers, mentors (educators and social pedagogues), administrative staff, the kitchen team, and the technical team. As a family business, we refrain from using external companies.

Together, our team supports, educates, and accompanies students from grades 5 to 12 from all over Germany and abroad.
