Team spirit – Achieve more together
At Schloss Torgelow, no student is alone: each girl and boy belongs to a fixed team – the Eagles, Foxes, Lions, Phoenix, Tigers, and Wolves. The teams are led by dedicated student captains and their vice captains.
Once a month, the teams compete against each other in exciting competitions. Sometimes it’s about athletic performances, sometimes about clever tactics, or about knowledge and skill. At each event, teams can earn points that will determine the winner of the grand team game cup at the end of the school year. These encounters are fixed highlights in the boarding school life and always generate enthusiasm and solidarity.
Achieve goals together
Being part of a team teaches you to take responsibility, contribute, and fight together for success. Setbacks are part of it – what matters is sticking together, staying motivated, and treating each other fairly. Team spirit, perseverance, and mutual support are what strengthen each individual and the group as a whole.
The Champions League of team games
The team that wins the team trophy will compete in the following year in the Champions League of team games against the best team from our partner school, the Kurpfalz boarding school. The home advantage changes every year.
