Schloss Torgelow is located in the 500-inhabitant community of Torgelow by the lake near Waren at the Müritz (GPS coordinates are Latitude: 53.5667° and Longitude: 12.7833°) and not in the city of Torgelow in the Vorpommern district.
We transport our students who want to go home for the weekend by the Schlossbus, Deutsche Bahn, and Deutsche Lufthansa to the vicinity of their place of residence. This way, parents can avoid long, nerve-wracking car journeys in weekend traffic and know their children are in good hands.

Schloss Torgelow welcomes students from all over Germany, Europe, and the world. Here is how to reach us by car:
From the West (Hamburg):
Drive on the A 24 towards Berlin until the Wittstock/Dosse motorway junction. There, switch to the A 19 towards Rostock. Leave the motorway at the exit Waren (# 17).
From the south (Berlin):
Drive on the A 24 towards Hamburg until the Wittstock/Doss motorway junction. There, switch to the A 19 towards Rostock. Exit the motorway at the Waren exit (# 17).
From the East (Neubrandenburg):
Drive on the federal highway towards Waren. About 5 km before Waren, turn right in the village of Schloen towards Torgelow am See. In the municipality, the entrance is on the right at the end of the village thoroughfare.
From the North (Rostock):
Drive on the A 19 towards Berlin until the exit Waren (# 17).
From the Waren exit:
Drive on the B 192 towards Waren. Pass through Waren in the direction of Neubrandenburg/Neustrelitz. Shortly after you go under a bridge, leave the B 192 to the left towards Malchin/Groß Gievitz. About 2 km after leaving the town, turn right towards Torgelow. Follow the signs for “Schloss Torgelow.”
Important:
Schloss Torgelow is located in the small community of Torgelow am See near Waren at Lake Müritz. Please make sure not to accidentally enter the city of Torgelow into your navigation system, as it is about 100 KM away at the Polish border.
Radar controls:
Please be aware of the speed limits after leaving the motorway, as there are three permanently installed radar controls on the route.
