In 2007, Carolin graduated from her Abitur at Schloss Torgelow. She then completed a Bachelor’s degree at the Business & Information Technology School in Iserlohn, earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication & Media Management. After that, Carolin moved to Münster, where she completed her Master’s and Doctorate in Communication Studies at the University of Münster. Following her degrees, Carolin moved to Namibia. There, she studied at the University of Windhoek and obtained a translation diploma in DE/EN – EN/DE. After her return, Carolin worked, among other places, at “Smartfrog,” an international technology company, as “Vice President Communications & Marketing.” Since September 2020, she has been the responsible head of the “Marketing, Events & Tourism” department at the Foundation Brandenburgisches Haupt- und Landgestüt.

I had the pleasure of visiting Carolin on a sunny day in May 2021 in Neustadt (Dosse) at the beautiful main and regional stud farm, and I was immediately captivated by Caro, the noble horses, the sweet foals, and the warm-hearted and knowledgeable team.

Carolin, it was a special pleasure for me to meet you. My day with you was filled with laughter, sympathy, trust, and warmth. Looking back, it felt to me like a dream come true. I thank you for allowing me to experience the joy, competence, down-to-earth nature, and organizational strength with which you represent the Brandenburg State Stud. Your loving respect for people, animals, and nature was felt every second and made this day something unique. It is a special place for an extraordinary woman, and I am proud that you are part of the Schloss Torgelow family and that I was able to accompany you personally as a teacher. I was touched by how fondly you think back to your time with us.

Dear Caro, your zest for life, your intelligence, and your clarity are a great gift for those who are allowed to live and work by your side. I learned a lot on this day and will cherish the memory like a treasure.
