Ruben graduated from high school in 1997 at Schloss Torgelow. His brother Matthias received his high school diploma at Lake Torgelow in 1999. Afterwards, both brothers studied dentistry.

After studying dentistry, Ruben decided to pursue a law degree. Matthias chose to study health economics as an additional subject. Both successfully completed their studies, worked in their parents’ dental practice in the meantime, but wanted to achieve more: in 2011, Ruben and Matthias Stelzner founded “AllDent.” The concept: establishing a state-of-the-art dental clinic network in major German cities. They started with an AllDent dental center located near Munich’s main train station. To date, there are 10 more dental centers that provide dental care to patients across Germany, 365 days and nights a year. This year, three more locations are expected to open.

I had the opportunity to visit and meet Ruben and Matthias at AllDent in Munich.

Dear Ruben and dear Matthias, I can hardly describe how beautiful and impressive my day with you was. Thank you very much for allowing me to meet you and the great AllDent team. When I think of my day at your dental center, the first things that come to mind are your warmth, your competence, and your determination. Then I think of your wonderful team, the modern dental clinic, the connected master workshop, your outstanding service concept, and of course the opportunity to get a taste of the dental profession.

Thank you very much for allowing me to talk with you about your time at Schloss Torgelow, about starting your own company, and about values like family, loyalty, and responsibility. You can feel the joy of “doing and creating” in your words and actions, and there is a visionary energy that I have taken back to Torgelow am See as a great inspiration and a gift. Immersing myself in AllDent, I was able to experience the warm spirit of a family business, which is enhanced by a fantastic team and leads to great radiance. I can hardly put into words how proud I am that you visited Schloss Torgelow and that you still look back on your school and boarding school time with us with gratitude. We are proud that you were our students. We wish you all the best for your future plans and say “hats off” to your achievements.
