MINT-EC School Management Conference
From November 28-29, 2025, our boarding school took part in the nationwide MINT-EC school management conference in Wuppertal, one of the most important exchange platforms for MINT schools of excellence in Germany. The event offered a diverse and challenging program that focused on current developments and future issues in MINT education.
Renowned experts gave valuable insights into topics such as artificial intelligence, digitization, and teaching development in their specialist presentations. The program was supplemented by practice-oriented workshops in which successful school projects from other MINT-EC schools were presented. These examples impressively demonstrated how innovative teaching concepts can be implemented and how students can be inspired to take an interest in scientific and technical issues.
The conference focused on questions such as how modern STEM education should be structured, what skills young people will need in the future, and how schools can work together to create a future-oriented learning culture. Discussions with representatives from other schools provided valuable perspectives and ideas.
We return with numerous inspiring ideas, new contacts, and concrete starting points for our further school development work, and we look forward to incorporating these into our work in the coming months.
