Qualification and willingness to engage for students

Our teachers appreciate the intense work atmosphere of the small class, the interest and enthusiasm that our students show them day after day. At Schloss Torgelow, they are part of a manageable and active school community, where teachers and students meet with respect and mutual appreciation.

As a sponsoring family, we personally select the teachers from a large pool of interested applicants. For us, not only is the qualification particularly important, but also the willingness to engage with our students.

In the first school year, we selected the teachers from more than 300 applicants who together launched the Schloss Torgelow project. Schloss Torgelow owes its great success to their commitment and pedagogical talent.

At Schloss Torgelow, they can teach small classes with a maximum of 12 students, have time for each individual, and can take advantage of the freedom offered by our educational concept.

Today, 40 teachers instruct the 270 students at our boarding school. Additionally, there are another 20 educational staff working in the boarding facility.

At the training location Schloss Torgelow, teacher trainees can complete their legal clerkship. We are also happy to offer the opportunity to do an internship.
