Last Friday, the 15th Career Day at Torgelow Castle once again provided our students with a special setting to engage deeply with their professional future. For one day, our sports hall transformed into a vibrant marketplace of exchange. 38 national and international institutions accepted our invitation and presented themselves with their own information booths – ranging from renowned universities and colleges to specialized education providers, consulting agencies, and the Bundeswehr.

Already in the early morning, the marketplace was filled with curious questions, lively conversations, and many exciting insights. Parallel to the exhibition, numerous workshops were held, organized by the participating institutions, as always. In small groups of twelve participants, our students had the unique opportunity to dive into topics that go far beyond classical informational formats. Whether practical exercises, insights into study programs, or personal testimonials, the direct exchange made the diversity of today’s educational paths tangible.

Another highlight of the day was the afternoon when many parents offered workshops and provided our students with personal insights into their professions. These firsthand contributions, shaped by authentic experiences, helped to view career choices from new perspectives and to further refine personal interests.

This year’s Career Day at Schloss Torgelow was a completely successful event, characterized by intense conversations, engaged guests, enthusiastic students, and many opportunities to try out and discover. We thank all the institutions, parents, and contributors involved for their contributions to this special day and are already looking forward to Career Day 2027.
