It is important to educate the students of Torgelow to be open-minded individuals who seek their professional opportunities and development possibilities not only in Germany but also abroad. Therefore, we invite talented students from other countries to attend Schloss Torgelow as regular students until their Abitur or as part of an exchange program. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

International students<\/h2>\n

Our international students bring diverse talents, cultural aspects, and languages to the Torgelow boarding school community. In the current school year, 12 out of a total of 251 students come from eight countries to Schloss Torgelow. <\/p>\n

Students without German language skills<\/h2>\n

Students without German language skills initially attend a several-month language course at the Humboldt Institute to acquire the necessary German language skills. After this program, they can attend school at Schloss Torgelow and take the German Abitur. <\/p>\n

Students with German language skills<\/h2>\n

Applicants must have a good command of the German language at the B2 level. In Torgelow, we integrate them into the community of the German class and support them with additional German lessons. In principle, we recommend entry from the 9th grade. <\/p>\n

Depending on the availability of free boarding school places, admission is also possible during the school year.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

A school year in Germany<\/h2>\n

We offer students from schools abroad who are learning German at a school abroad the opportunity to spend a school year in Germany to improve their German language skills in the community of the boarding school.<\/p>\n
