Traditional Christmas Volleyball Tournament 2024
Last weekend at the boarding school, the annual Christmas volleyball tournament took place at Schloss Torgelow, which has now become a firm tradition. Eight teams competed against each other, including five teams made up of students, one from parents and former staff, one from mentors, and one from administration and teachers.
The games were exciting and provided plenty of entertainment. The teams of the students particularly impressed with their enthusiasm and ambition, while the adult teams also showcased commitment and team spirit. It was a great example of the solidarity and good atmosphere within the boarding school community.
In the end, the student team “Chaos in the Net” prevailed in the final against the team of parents and former employees, winning the victory. The success was celebrated by all those involved, but the real gain was in the shared time and the fun.
A heartfelt thanks goes to the organizers who made the tournament possible, as well as to the referees who ensured a fair and smooth process. The Christmas volleyball tournament is a highlight of the year and strengthens the community at the boarding school. We are already looking forward to next year, when it will again be: “Sports, fun, and tradition at the Christmas volleyball tournament at Schloss Torgelow!”
