She also serves as a gifted education learning facilitator and advisor at Torgelow Castle. It offers resource-oriented learning coaching, talent counseling, and solution-oriented individual consulting for our students. Self-management training is a key to the development of talent and the strengthening of a student’s self-competencies. The individual prerequisites as the child’s sources of strength are at the center of this approach. This includes the conveying and enhancement of social and, above all, personal skills. The individual strengths of the young person are fostered, thereby allowing for the overcoming of personal and academic challenges. Through the close connection between school and boarding school, the student can initiate their internal leadership processes so that motivation can be recognized and the full potential can be realistically implemented in daily life.
