Intensive training, new techniques, and a strong team spirit – the judo team project trip took our group to Zinnowitz on Usedom. A week full of sports, community, and new experiences.

The team project trip of the judo team took place from September 29 to October 3 at the sports center in Zinnowitz on Usedom. There, we spent our training camp, which was a complete success both athletically and communally.

The training started every morning at 9:00 AM and lasted until 11:00 AM. In the afternoon, there was a second session from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During the training sessions, we learned many new techniques, including kicks and strikes with the pads, as well as various throws and choking techniques. We also trained hard on the beach, which provided additional motivation and a lot of fun.

On Wednesday evening, we went to an Italian restaurant with the Paulat family – a nice way to end an intense training day. On Friday morning, we then took the castle bus back to Torgelow.

It was a great experience for all of us. A heartfelt thank you to the Paulat family and to everyone who made this team project trip possible.
